1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

• Engage in any activity that may damage, disrupt, or misuse our intellectual property rights.
  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if we believe you have engaged in infringing activities.

5. Intellectual Property Infringement Claims

1. A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property right that you claim has been infringed;
2. A description of the location of the infringing material on our Service;
3. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address;
4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
   Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content, and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Intellectual Property Rights terms and any disputes related to the protection or infringement of intellectual property rights shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("HK").

Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, or resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with its rules, as specified in our Terms of Service.
